Product procurement – quality control
Concerning procurement quality control, you will gain more thorough insight into whether your agreed delivery times will be met and into the conditions in which the product is being manufactured in China. At several key moments during the production process CSP offers you the opportunity to have a quality control carried of your procurement items out at your manufacturer’s location in China or elsewhere in East Asia, specifically during the following aspects:

After the final inspection, CSP will provide a report. The report is necessary to approve payment to the manufacturer for the goods. The CSP quality manager is responsible for the overall quality control process of product procurement with respect to all goods leaving China or the Far East through CSP. The quality manager always has quality inspectors travelling throughout the country to perform all inspections. If necessary (and at the request of the client) CSP will make use of laboratories with which the company has good previous experiences. This process will be supervised and checked by CSP.
If certification according to the European legislation applies to the product you have requested, CSP will supervise and check this process of procurement items and their quality control in consultation with the client. CSP supports you in this purchasing process and will use external certified partners in the country of origin. A number of organizations with which CSP currently cooperates are: TUV, SGS. Intertek. We have a procurement consultancy in the Netherlands as well that stands you by in the quality control process of products that left China, Pakistan or somewhere else in the Far East.
